With auto-differentiation technology, personalisation of lessons, homework and study plans for students are now made possible by Pearson through digits, an interactive secondary school Maths programme. Closely aligned with the curricula, Digits optimises teachers' class instructional time to the extent that the amount of time available for teaching will be doubled. This programme also maximises the collaborative features of Interactive Whiteboard. Therefore, unlike most digital curricula which are designed mainly for individual learning after school, Digits is able to address individual needs of students and minimise teachers' workload while encouraging class collaboration.
